Linda Herrera is Associate Professor in the Department of Education Policy, Organization and Leadership University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She is co-editor with Asef Bayet of Being Young and Muslim: New Cultural Politics in the Global North and South, published by Oxford University Press (2010). Among Herrera's writings in the book of essays is the chapter "Young Egyptians' Quest for Jobs and Justice."
