Salmon farming protest goes to the UN

Pot-smoking video, coca sales drive Dana Larsen from NDP

West Vancouver-Sunshine Coast candidate Dana Larsen quit the New Democratic Party on Wednesday as old video surfaced that reportedly shows Larsen lighting a mouth full of joints, taking hallucinogenic drugs and driving while stoned.

But driving the party's decision to accept his resignation were allegations that the seed company he'd helped found may have sold coca – the plant from which cocaine can be extracted. Read more…
