Jonathon Penney is a Canadian currently teaching law in Wellington, New Zealand. In recent years, he has also lived and studied in New York City and Oxford, England. Outside academic research, he also contributes online public policy commentary to the Canada's World Project at Simon Fraser University's Centre for Dialogue.
