B.C. is entering the second stage of its restart plan. Attending movie theatres and outdoor gatherings of up to 50 people will now be allowed.
Approximately three-quarters of eligible adults in the province have received a single dose of vaccine, and case numbers continue to drop. But after over a year under some kind of restrictions, some are uneasy about what the new changes could look like.
With this in mind, we want to ask:
