Tyee Poll: What Election Reforms Would You Like to See?

Last week, Tyee's David Ball caught up with Stephane Dion, former democratic reform critic for the Liberals to discuss the party's commitment to end first-past-the-post voting. Dion said he favours a proportional electoral system to fix our "damaged" democracy.

But Dion was not named minister of democratic institutions, nor will he sit on the all-party committee tasked with recommending reforms. That parliamentary committee is expected to investigate a wide range of proportional and plurality systems, including German-style pro-rep, ranked ballots, instant runoff voting, mandatory voting and even online voting.

With all those reforms on the table, tell us which system you prefer.
