Natasha Jung

Natasha Jung is the founder, CEO and executive producer of Cold Tea Collective, a platform whose mission is to empower the next generation of the Asian diaspora.

In 2021, PR Newswire named Cold Tea Collective a “Top Asian American News Site to Follow.” That same year, Jung was named a Community Builder in BC Business’ Women of the Year Awards and Cold Tea Collective was recognized by the BC Multiculturalism and Anti-Racism Awards.

Jung’s work as a producer and journalist have taken her to the Golden Globe Awards, Sundance Film Festival, SxSW and more. Her favourite interviews include Michelle Yeoh, Shannon Lee, Destin Daniel Cretton, Randall Park and Hello Kitty.

Drawing upon nearly 20 years of work experience across marketing, media, PR and communications, community storytelling has always been at the heart of Jung’s work. She was previously named a “30 Under 30” in the Richmond Review and honoured by the Chinese Canadian Women’s Association for special community contribution and recipient of a cultural leadership award from the City of Richmond, and Deloitte Canada’s National Volunteer Awards for her work as co-founder and Executive Producer of RichCity Idol, a singing competition for high school students in Richmond, which ran over 15 years. She has served on several community boards in Richmond and advisory committees for the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade.

She is a fourth-generation Chinese Canadian daughter, wife, mother and is most passionate about helping others find their voices, creating community and celebrating what it means to be Asian.
