Extra! In fact, The Tyee has so much extra election news we are posting twice as many features a day starting today.

Election fever has The Tyee producing more in-depth reporting and analysis than usual -- so much more that we are launching an Afternoon Edition.

Normally we publish four or five features a day. From now until May 14 that number will double to eight or 10. You'll find a full slate when you wake up in the morning, and another full slate published starting at noon.

Of course, The Tyee actually publishes minute to minute most of the day -- churning out shorter, timely items on The Tyee's Election Hook. We'll continue to do so.

The Election Hook, which can be accessed directly here, also resides -- with all our other great content -- on The Tyee's home page here.

Wanting a refresher on the wacky nature of B.C. politics since our province's beginnings? Find our highly popular unfolding series "Some Honourable Members" here.

Don't forget to click on The Tyee's Election Guide and Map, your source for researching candidates and issues in every one of B.C.'s ridings, including our forecasts of who will win each one.

And today, as part of our expanded package until voting day, The Tyee publishes the first of a series of "Big Issues for BC". Think of them as cool-headed explainers for what has polarized the province over the past decade.
