Don’t think children don’t notice you checking your phone. More than half of kids report that their parents check their phones too much. We republished a piece from The Conversation Canada this week by a trio of experts on “technoference” in families. Don’t blame kids for too much screen time – research shows that children use devices an average of 2.5 hours per day while parents use them for 3.5 hours. The piece offers seven tips for families on maintaining a healthy balance with our devices (you can read them here). We’re wondering if you put any of them into practice. * Please note that all poll answers will be publicly viewable, but anonymous. Fill out this week's poll.
