RIPE is a night of mouth-watering tastings prepared by renowned chefs Robert Clark and Quang Dang of C Restaurant, using produce grown by local farmers market vendors.

The event, happening Oct. 1st at Performance Works on Granville Island, also features an array of live entertainment, a silent auction, door prizes and local beer and wine, all hosted by well-known foodie Jamie Maw.

Tickets for RIPE are $100, or $90 for Vancouver Farmers Markets members (including one drink ticket). Proceeds from the event will support two Vancouver Farmers Market initiatives: a Farmers Nest Egg Fund and the recently announced New City Market, a permanent year-round farmers market.
