Bios

Meaghan MacDonald

Meaghan MacDonald is the Tyee's Advertising Manager. Before coming to The Tyee, she completed an honours degree in Communications at the University of Ottawa. Being it was the epicenter of federal politics, it was fitting that she spent most of her time dabbling in student politics and forming committees.

A need for change and a lust for paperbacks brought Meaghan to Vancouver to enroll in the Master of Publishing Program at Simon Fraser University. Bit by bit, she is slowly completing her thesis. Stay tuned.

Meaghan likes to befriend people with cars to facilitate her love for road trips, fall into powder on a snowboard or skis, write and read true fiction, and collect kitschy knick-knacks (but she swears she isn't a hoarder).
