Meaghan MacDonald is the Tyee's Advertising Manager. Before coming to The Tyee, she completed an honours degree in Communications at the University of Ottawa. Being it was the epicenter of federal politics, it was fitting that she spent most of her time dabbling in student politics and forming committees.

A need for change and a lust for paperbacks brought Meaghan to Vancouver to enroll in the Master of Publishing Program at Simon Fraser University. Bit by bit, she is slowly completing her thesis. Stay tuned.

When not working at The Tyee, she can be found riding her purple bike, camping, crafting and writing children's stories.
