Ingrid Rice

Ingrid Rice has been politically cartooning since '92. Her work has appeared in newspapers in every province across Canada and she is a regular contributor to Portfoolio, a yearly compendium of Canada's top editorial cartoonists. A collection of her original cartoons can be found at Canada's National Archives and in the W.A.C. Bennet Library at Simon Fraser University. Although she has not won any awards (due to the onerous requirement of having to enter to win), she has appeared before the B.C. Press Council and was found to be reprehensible. She is self-syndicated throughout B.C. and Canada, delivering three cartoons weekly and the occasional custom request. She can be contacted at [email protected]
